Knowledge Officer Plus is a subscription service that provides an online platform to enable you to view information online and through other connected devices about courses, checkpoints, and other education programs and events offered by Knowledge Officer (collectively, “Curriculum”). This Curriculum may be made available for free or for a fee, in Knowledge Officer’s sole discretion.

“Plus Content” means Knowledge Officer’s multimedia content of all prior and current Curriculum and live-stream transmissions of future Curriculum. The information obtained from or through Knowledge Officer Plus is for information purposes only, and you are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy and appropriateness of such information. Any content or data from the Knowledge Officer Plus Curriculum is not to be re-used without permission nor sold for personal or commercial gains.

As a Knowledge Officer Plus subscriber, you commit to completing all your learning objectives online, submitting all your checkpoints in due time, and engaging in communications with your assigned learning specialist. You understand that you will not be able to progress in your online learning Curriculum unless you successfully pass the required checkpoints. You can expect to finish the program, all checkpoints included, within a minimum of three (3) months. However, the actual time needed to finish will depend on your pace and the amount of time you allocate for learning daily.

Checkpoints submissions shall be graded and you shall receive prompt feedback from our system or learning specialists. The pass rate for all submitted work is 60% and, in case of not passing, a re-take is required and must be submitted in no less than one-to-three (1-3) days, as deemed appropriate by Knowledge Officer’s assigned learning specialists. All submitted work must be authentic and originated by the learner. All submitted work is subject to plagiarism checks. Appeals of such decisions are reserved to the sole discretion of the assigned Learning Specialists.

Knowledge Officer reserves the right to use the work you complete as part of completing a Curriculum (“Student Work”) for promotional purposes, and you grant Knowledge Officer a non-exclusive license to use your name in combination with your Student Work in any and all media in connection with Knowledge Officer's promotional efforts. Our use will be limited to promoting us. We will include your name and attribute the Student Work to you.

Knowledge Officer will also permit the community of Plus users to engage in discussions and communications with one another and with the Learning Specialists. You will engage in online chat sessions with other Plus members and Learning Specialists. You are responsible for any comments or material you post in a chat room or on a blog, and you assume all liability arising out of a post. We encourage you to maintain collegiality and professionalism in all blog or question exchanges. Knowledge Officer can discontinue your service for derogatory behavior or communication.
